Statement of Problem: 48 of 54 large democracies are collapsing (follow this link to read proof).
In large democracies, Right parties and Left Parties are collapsing national social contracts and economies reliably. Right groups do this by running theory-based, wealth-theory policies, while Left groups run woke female-equality and immigration election fraud policies. Both of these approaches are harmful ideologies, and both are proven to collapse any country reliably.
When Collapse is guaranteed, a voting booth ballot alternative option – one that can guarantee Advance, becomes essential.
Solution: ACT Parties are political parties constructed with Civic Science. Their charters, platforms, members, and voters are certified and monitored so that they can only adopt policies that history, context (truth-testing), and data science prove to advance any nation.
Method: Civic Science Transition Economics (TE) uses evidence from 220 countries to separate “Advance Policies” from harmful collapse policies.
Goal: Ensure that every ballot in a large democracy includes at least one party whose platform is evidence-certified to advance the country, instead of collapsing it.

How can Advance be “Guaranteed”?
ACT Parties must use Civic Science to ensure that a nation’s transactions will advance it reliably, and they are also prevented from running collapse policies by certification and monitoring (Performance Management) programs. In probability theory, the law of large numbers explains why casinos with a small “house edge” reliably profit over very many games: each game’s outcome is uncertain, but over thousands or millions of spins, the average outcome converges to the house’s advantage. Large economies process trillions of transactions, and probability works the same here. When a country runs Advance Policies – policies with a positive causal impact on key measures of economic and social success – and avoids collapse-driving policies, the aggregate effect over a huge number of activities produces a statistical guarantee. National performance converges toward stronger social and economic outcomes over time, just as a casino’s profits converge to its “house edge”.
ACT Parties rely on Civic Data Science, like Transition Economics, and its members are certified and monitored to comply with this mandate. This does not mean that every single transaction perfectly boosts the economy; instead, it means that policies are restricted to offer transactions that statistically offer a positive expected advance for the nation.

ACT Parties were created in the 2018 book End of War, as a mitigation for the high failure rate of Left and Right political groups in large (>20 million population) western democracies.

The Adoption Challenge for Civic Science
Einstein, Bill James, Alan Turing, Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR), all suffered the barbs of pushback in the face of new science. The “experts” and decision makers of the day (the “Salieri”s), are always slow to adopt change that invalidates their own work, and will also rigorously oppose new science that proves their life’s work to be folly – as we’ve seen in Western Universities now since the 1980s.

Obstacles to Civic Science
1. Adoption
Adoption: Resistance to change requires the deprecation of past theory-based curricula, and credentials too (books, articles, research papers, lesson plans, tests, etc.) are now useless skillsets.
Our current professors and curricula have worked to push expert and skilled computer engineers and leaders to lower tiers in university campuses, society, governments, and boardrooms.
Academic scholars are career, and indeed lifelong followers – working within bureaucracies that discourage “breaking ranks”, as Einstein proved when his (and his wife’s) six Theories of Special Relativity papers were published in 1905. His six papers, like countless other works of legitimate science, were then ignored for 20 years. Einstein was one of the lucky ones where a world war made his inventions essential.

2. STEM
Today, Economics departments are filled with mathematician theorists, while evidence-based Civics is a STEM program with very little to no math, and the teaching of computer programming, dashboards, and performance monitoring is essential.
Today’s mathematicians resist it because they are unqualified to teach it.

3. Funding Agendas and Corruption
Corruption can often find funding to teach indoctrination to our students 100%, while denying these kids and students the human right of an education, and often losing half of our economy to their wealth theory micro and macroeconomics curricula as well.
Harmful Ideologies and corruption has always worked to influence the mistraining of youth and populations – through indoctrination, propaganda, lying, media, and also laws. Even the 3000-year-old Civic laws in the Bible warned us against adopting “false Gods” (false definitions of Good) and from indoctrinating people with ideology. Lessons here continue to instruct that we should always stand on guard against the economic powers (“the Beasts”) that direct us to follow misleadership that reverses good, respect, and human advance.

Today, Right and Left ideologies tell us anything we want to hear to win power. Once in power, they have no choice but to hide the collapse that they reliably create while continuing to do whatever their influential sponsors request, or they cannot possibly afford to win expensive advertising-influenced democratic elections.
Monarchy
Monarchies have outperformed the G7 (top economies) for the past 25 years, while 90% of large democracies are collapsing today. Why?
- Western universities and sponsored media teach indoctrination instead of education
- Constitutions are not currently protecting human rights
- Electoral Systems do not protect our female vote from well-funded globalist political and banking cabals that use harmful ideology, indoctrination, and also criminal tactics (swing riding immigration, hate laws, etc.) to win and hold power
In simple terms, Monarchies are immune to democracy’s corruption entirely.
