MEMS is a heavy-processing and graphics-rich application that requires a tremendous investment in development, quality control, and server resources. Why do we charge annually? Because many of our service providers and software licenses require it - similar to most insurance policies. Do we permit early termination? 15 minutes of support is included per month and then support contract terms and rates apply. MEMS presents every statistic in every nation, so the variables are great and this can make it difficult, or impossible sometimes, to track down where every data problem originates.
