Edward Tilley, Chairman , CSQ Research – Biography

When future generations call Edward Tilley the leading philosopher of our age, it will surely be the Science in Civics and World Peace performance management and engineering plans that they will be citationing. Author, Lecturer, CEO, Chairman, and CSQ Research’s founder Edward Tilley is the leading evidence-based Global Leadership and Country Building Civic Science expert in the world today.

His creation and training of new evidence-based science assures Truth in our most important faculties of Civics – Economics, Law, Finance/Investment, Government, Education, and Social Science. Natural sciences can’t begin or prosper without a civic science’s support.

Edward Founded and Curates the WAOH Public Civics Library (Symol OTWA), the world’s largest context-validated econometric Public Civics Library, as a beacon of truth, reality, evidence-based Global Leadership Faculties, and Scientific Societies Programme science. He is the author of the first scientific update of the Bible in 1,700 years, two engineering plans for World Peace, of the TASK education reform program to remove harmful ideology and indoctrination from our universities, and his nine books explain the correction of collapsing governments.

His contributions ensure civil and human advancement rivaling Aristotle’s systems of politics and education in antiquity, because a working science and understanding of truth in Civics is an essential need of every Government, today as it has been in every era.

Mr. Tilley is a “Civic Scientist”, a term selected to allay any confusion between his scientific approach versus the theory of Academic Classical Economists, mathematician-theorists, Philosophers, and similar followers or teachers of proven-false logic, ideology, Aristotle’s “fiction” per the scientific method, and indoctrinations taught widely in Western universities since the 1970s.

In 2021, Edward released MEMS A.I. in support of his Case Study update of the Bible over the COVID epidemic break. MEMS’ Enterprise Artificial Intelligence and STEM Machine Learning Tools in Global Leadership are designed to double economies reliably. Edward is a 20-year Hitech Finance Executive and Polymath who pivoted into Civic Science when he saw our global collapse was running unchecked in 2015. The nine Scientific Societies Series theses founded a new econometric science – Transition Economics, presented two competing engineering plans for World Peace, and created The Global Leadership Book of Knowledge (GL-BoK) to build Scientific Societies Programs (SSPs) in universities and governments globally.

In his early career, Edward ascended to Chief Information Office ranks within FP50 organizations, created Worthwhile Industries, and CEO’d competitors of AirBnB, Zillow, and Tableau; startups that failed to find investment in the infertile innovation markets of Canada. He founded his country’s largest minor sports organization Oakville Minor Football; his Dashflows Dashboards won Hewlett-Packard the Gartner #1 Service Provider Award for ten consecutive years. He built the Internet, the Cloud, Banking, and Government national intranets, Trading, and ERP (Business and Manufacturing) systems that make our businesses operate every day today.

Worthwhile Industries is the largest corporation in the world under development; a parallel program to the UN’s SDGs that builds energy-generator Cinenergy, FoodBots, Robotic Roads, DotDomo Real Estate Developers, MiningBots, GoodBots, and other important finance programs followed.
